Abstract

Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal remains a guiding light for the intellectual, philosophical, and cultural development of Pakistan. His profound poetry and prose advocate self-awareness, individual potential, and the revival of the Muslim Ummah. Libraries, as centers of learning, are vital platforms for spreading his ideas. This article also highlights the practical implications of Iqbal’s thoughts for national development. It gauges the role of libraries in preserving and promoting Iqbal's thoughts, highlighting some obstacles and suggests strategies to enhance their practical role.
